Refund Policy
1. Sign in to your account
Sign in to your account and go to the “Account” section from the bottom of the homepage.
2. View all orders
Tap on “View All Orders” at the top of the page.
3. Select the order
Scroll under the “All” section and find the order you want to return.
4. Choose Return/Refund option
Tap on the “Return/Refund” option for the selected order.
5. Select specific item (if multiple items exist)
If your order contains multiple items, select the item you want to return.
6. Select the reason for return
Choose the type of issue you are facing.
7. Fill out the return form
Complete the online return form with all required information and proof.
8. Choose return method
Select either Pick-Up or Drop-Off according to your preference.
9. Submit your request
Review the return/refund policy and submit your request.
10. Return the product
Visit your nearest drop-off point or wait for the pickup service. Ensure your contact information is accurate and easily reachable.
Return Policy
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please carefully read the conditions below:
1. A return request must be made within 72 hours of delivery completion.
2. Once the application process is completed, we will verify the product within 3 to 5 working days and provide feedback.
3. The refund and return process will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.
1. Product Condition
The product must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, clean, and free from any defects.
2. Trial for Fashion Products
For fashion products, trying them on to check size is allowed and will not be considered as usage. However, the product must remain clean, unaltered, and free from any stains, dirt, damage, or modifications.
3. Complete Packaging
All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, free items, invoices, and accessories must be returned.
4. Original Packaging
The product must be returned in its original and intact manufacturer packaging or box. If it was delivered in Samaruchi packaging, the same packaging must be used.
Note: Do not apply tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box to avoid damage.
5. Refund Eligibility
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, Samaruchi reserves the right to reject the refund request.
If Return Is Rejected:
If your return request is rejected, the product will be sent back to you within 10 working days after the quality check is completed.
If Delivery Fails:
If delivery attempts fail three times, Samaruchi will not be responsible for the product. It will be marked as scrap, and no refund will be provided.
